An online reservation does not guarantee a booking, unless we confirm your booking with a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email stating your reservation quote has been ACCEPTED, please contact by telephone on 1300 433 444 or email bookings@mdllimousines.com.au

Prices quoted off information provided by you and total cost of journey may vary due to incidentals, extra tolls, variations of journey, change of pickup and drop off point and any waiting time not advised as special requests. We reserve the right to charge the credit card provided with any extras once the journey has been completed. However we will inform the passenger of any charges before doing so.

  • Cancellations are chargeable if not made with prior notice of 24 hours by phone only
  • Changes to your booking can be made by phone with at least 4 hours notice during business hours, or at least 12 hour notice after business hours
  • We accept American Express, Master Card, and Visa.
  • Direct deposit/EFT is acceptable only if agreed to by our Management and prearranged.
  • Credit card bookings made with American Express will incur service fees of 5%.
  • All charges and rates are subject to change without notice unless confirmed as a booking or agreed terms are made between MDL Limousines management and you the client.
  • Actual models and colours of Limousines may vary slightly from pictures provided.
  • Requests for a specific car or colour may incur a surcharge.

WAITING TIME, PICK UP PROCEDURES

At hotel pickups, the Chauffeur will contact the concierge upon arrival to ensure the hotel guests are informed and aware that their vehicle is ready for departure. We offer a complimentary 15 minutes waiting period after the scheduled pickup time on transfers from hotels. However, if the complimentary waiting period exceeds 10 minutes, this will be waived and the client will be charged from the scheduled pickup time in 5minute intervals (charged at the \”As Directed\” rate for the vehicle type requested). At residential /special event pickups, the Driver will either call the provided phone number on approach or ring the door bell once arrived to address to inform passenger that the vehicle is ready for departure. We offer a complimentary 15 minutes waiting period after the scheduled pickup time. However, if the complimentary waiting period exceeds 10 minutes, this will be waived and the client will be charged from the scheduled pickup time in 5 minute intervals (charged at the hourly rate for the vehicle type requested). At the Domestic Airport, The Chauffeur will meet the Passenger inside the terminal with an iPad or signboard reading the Passengers name. The chauffeur will then assist with any luggage to the vehicle unless baggage is excessively heavy.

The chauffeur will then transfer the Passenger to their advised destination. We don’t charge waiting time until the flight has cleared from the baggage carousel. Waiting time between scheduled flight arrival time and actual flight arrival time due to flight delays at the airport will not attract additional charges. At the International airport, The Chauffeur will meet the Passenger inside the terminal with a printed sign reading the Passengers name. The chauffeur will then assist with any luggage to the vehicle unless baggage is excessively heavy. The chauffeur will then transfer the Passenger to their advised destination. At the International Airport we offer 40 minutes complimentary waiting time and then is chargeable thereafter in 5minute blocks at the hourly rate corresponding to the vehicle type that is booked. Waiting time between scheduled flight arrival time and actual flight arrival time due to flight delays at the airport will not attract additional charges.

AIRPORT PICKUP MEETING POINTS DOMESTIC TERMINAL MEETNG POINT: Chauffeur will meet passenger at corresponding baggage carousel with an iPad or signboard with passenger surname.

INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL MEETING POINT: Chauffeur will wait with an iPad or signboard with passengers surname at the limousine meeting point directly outside quarantine/security gates.
